Hello, I am Mendel – named after a famous monk who experimented with pea plants and developed the principles of genetic inheritance. Mom likes to feed me peas from our garden and tell me he did important work.
Mom had high aspirations for me and always dreamed about me being her company mascot. She even embedded pictures of me in some of her company work presentations and gave out prizes when people could “spot the little Mendel” in her slides.
